A hosted store system: products, orders and stock in one place. Hosting and SSL are part of the Shopify plan.

What you can manage

Manage products and prices, process orders, check stock and edit store content in the theme editor.

A new product or an order after closing time: your store accepts orders. You process them in the admin area during your business hours.

12 months of standard domain + Shopify Basic included in the Commerce quote. No separate web hosting needed.

From year two, you pay for the domain and Shopify plan. Payment fees, selected apps and plan upgrades are separate from the start.

Plan and billing
The first-year Basic allowance is documented in your quote; you own the account. Current renewal prices depend on country, billing cycle and tax. Annual billing is paid upfront.
Sales and extras
Payment processing carries fees even with Shopify Payments. Other payment providers can incur additional Shopify transaction fees. Paid apps, premium themes, shipping labels, advertising and POS hardware are outside the package price.
Plan limits
Basic does not include additional staff accounts. More team access, certain shipping functions or POS Pro may require a higher plan or an add-on. We check this before selecting the plan.
Your access and independence

You receive store ownership. Working with us does not tie you to BuzzHacking. Shopify remains a subscription platform; theme and data exports do not create a fully independent, self-hosted store.

Options for later

Room to grow: for example sales channels, newsletters or inventory integrations. Additional setup, provider approvals and running costs are agreed in advance.

  • A direct review link and print-ready QR template where your business profile supports it. No incentives or filtering for satisfied customers.

Commerce

  • Setup of 10 products using your supplied product data and images, with refined descriptions, page titles and image text.
  • Basket, checkout and connection to an agreed payment provider in your account. Fees and account activation are clarified beforehand.
  • Agreed shipping, pickup or local delivery options, plus an introduction to product, order and stock management.
  • On-page SEO for the shop and 10 products. GEO with useful answers, consistent business details and suitable structured data.
  • Testing of the agreed order journey in test mode before launch.

Your website. Your accounts. Your decision.

The domain, hosting and agreed services are set up in your name or handed over to your accounts. At completion, you receive administrator access, the agreed website and logo files, and an introduction. You can manage content and decide who maintains your website next.

Usage rights, handover format and any platform dependencies are documented in the proposal before work starts. Third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.

Clear from the start

Your first year is included

A standard available domain is included for 12 months from launch. Launch and Signature include WordPress hosting; Commerce includes Shopify Basic with hosting. First-year coverage and renewal costs are documented in the quote. Premium domains, plan upgrades and usage fees are excluded.

Functions that fit your business

Page count, languages, booking flow and integrations are defined in the proposal. Fees for external booking systems, extra Shopify services, payments, messages or other licences are listed separately and only activated after approval.

Your expertise becomes useful content

We write the agreed website copy and design your logo. You provide and approve business facts, service details and the necessary rights to supplied materials. Legal copy, ongoing maintenance, photography and additional products can be arranged separately.
