2. Hosting and server log data

This website is provided via the Lovable platform (lovable.dev) and delivered through a content delivery network. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referrer in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).

3. Enquiry form

When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, email address, optionally your company, the selected service and your project description in order to handle your enquiry. This information is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible and is operated as part of the Lovable Cloud infrastructure. To prevent abuse (limiting the number of enquiries), we also store a one-way hash of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (abuse prevention).

We delete your enquiry once it has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

For quote requests we additionally process business name and project type, plus optional phone, industry, website, budget and timing details. These are stored privately in Lovable Cloud for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The restaurant demo processes only temporary selection state in your browser; it sends no reservations, orders or personal details.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email (hello@buzzhacking.ai) or phone, we process your information to handle your request on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

5. Cookies, analytics and external content

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies or tracking services. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. Links to project websites are only loaded when you click them; the privacy policies of the respective operators apply there.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Please use the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.
