Define goals, users and constraints.
07 — UI/UX Design
We review your users’ tasks and existing interfaces, then create prioritized user flows, wireframes and prototypes to examine navigation, forms and interactions.
We examine content, navigation and interaction. The findings become prioritized improvements, wireframes and testable prototypes.
Forms, error messages and keyboard access are as much a part of the experience as the visual interface.
The exact scope follows your starting point, your goals and the people who will use the result.
Our approach
Define goals, users and constraints.
Connect structure, language and interaction.
Implement carefully and test real journeys.
Measure, learn and improve deliberately.
A UX review examines tasks, content, navigation and interaction. It can improve existing interfaces without redesigning the brand. Additional visual designs are agreed based on the findings.
You receive a UX review with prioritized findings, user flows and wireframes for the agreed scope. Testable prototypes and usability validation are planned around the tasks being examined.
We follow key user tasks through the interface, review friction and agree priorities with you. Forms, error states and keyboard access are considered. This does not promise formal accessibility certification.
Identify core tasks and known difficulties. Existing screens, support feedback and lawfully collected usage data can help. Testing scope and any test participants are agreed separately.
The number and complexity of flows, existing evidence, prototype depth and review scope shape the estimate. We agree specific tasks and outputs rather than promise improvements using unsupported metrics.
Translate reviewed user journeys into mobile app interfaces.
An agreed prototype forms the basis for implementing core tasks.
Describe your needs for a proposal covering the agreed scope.
