01 — Design Systems

Consistent interfaces. Faster decisions.

We audit your existing interfaces and create design tokens, reusable components and usage documentation so your team can apply consistent design decisions.

When individual parts need to become one product

Inconsistent buttons, spacing and duplicate components slow teams down. We organize existing patterns, establish shared rules and document how to use them.

A useful system covers states, variants, accessibility and clear rules for adding components.

What we create together

The exact scope follows your starting point, your goals and the people who will use the result.

Our approach

Clear process. Shared focus.

01

Understand

Define goals, users and constraints.

02

Design

Connect structure, language and interaction.

03

Build

Implement carefully and test real journeys.

04

Evolve

Measure, learn and improve deliberately.

Your project questions

Do you need an existing design system?

No. Existing interfaces or initial designs can be the starting point. We review recurring patterns and agree which products and components the system should cover.

What is included in the handoff?

The agreed scope covers design tokens, a component library and usage documentation. States, variants and rules for adding components are documented; an implemented code library is agreed separately.

How is the system developed and reviewed?

We begin with an interface audit, organize patterns and define tokens. Components are reviewed in actual screens and discussed with your team before usage rules are documented.

What should your team provide?

Existing design files, brand guidelines, sample screens and details of your technical implementation are useful. Identify the people who will design, develop and maintain the system.

What determines the effort?

The number of products, components and states, the condition of existing files, and documentation and implementation needs shape the estimate. You receive a proposal for a defined scope, not a universal per-component price.
